Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VOGUEPLUS you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms form an agreement between you and VOGUEPLUS Educational Consult (RC 1463941).

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. Students under the age of legal capacity may use VOGUEPLUS only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or their school.

VOGUEPLUS provides educational consulting, online courses and learning materials, school-management tools, an education marketplace, messaging with our team and optional Pi Network sign-in and payments. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn.

Our educational services are described in the Educational Services Terms. Consulting is professional guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Keep your sign-in methods secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may sign in with Pi through the Pi Browser. Our server verifies your identity with Pi Network before linking it to your account. You must follow Pi Network's own terms when using Pi features.

Use of the marketplace is governed by the Marketplace Terms. Prices shown as examples are not live offers until an item is marked available for purchase.

Consultants must give accurate information within their competence and treat learners' information confidentially.

Merchants are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, pricing, fulfilment, applicable warranties and customer service.

Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it without permission.

Payment rules are set out in the Payment Terms. Prices are shown before you confirm a payment.

Pi payments are approved and completed by our server, which confirms each transaction with Pi Network. A payment is never treated as completed on the basis of a message from your device alone. VOGUEPLUS does not control the Pi blockchain.

An order exists only when it has been confirmed by VOGUEPLUS or the merchant. Enquiries and example prices do not create an order.

Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may cancel services as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled and will refund any amount paid for it.

Access to digital products is provided once payment is verified. Because digital content can be used immediately, refunds are limited as set out in our Refund Policy.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.

The VOGUEPLUS name, logo, app and website design, software, original educational content, database structure, documentation and branding belong to VOGUEPLUS or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers them to you.

You keep the rights to content you legitimately own. You give VOGUEPLUS only the permission needed to store, display and process that content to operate the service. You must have the right to upload anything you share.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Cheating, submitting another person's work as your own, and creating or using fake certificates or academic records are prohibited and may be reported to the relevant institution.

Buyers and merchants must deal honestly and respectfully. Deceptive listings, fake reviews and attempts to move payments outside the platform to avoid protections are prohibited.

We may review, delay or decline transactions that appear fraudulent, and suspend accounts involved in fraud or payment manipulation.

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours or to interfere with the service. VOGUEPLUS will never ask for your Pi Wallet passphrase, secret recovery phrase or private keys, and does not store them. Anyone asking for them on behalf of VOGUEPLUS is attempting fraud. Only enter your passphrase in the official Pi Wallet.

We aim to keep VOGUEPLUS available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pi features also depend on Pi Network's availability.

VOGUEPLUS relies on third parties such as Pi Network and sign-in providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

See the Pi Network Disclaimer. VOGUEPLUS is independently developed and operated and is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Pi Network unless expressly stated through an official Pi Network source.

VOGUEPLUS Tokenization Framework. Pi (π) is the digital currency of the Pi Network and is not issued by VOGUEPLUS. Any future VOGUEPLUS ecosystem token is a separate concept described in our Whitepaper for information only.

No VOGUEPLUS token is currently available. VOGUEPLUS does not promise any token appreciation, investment return, liquidity, exchange or DEX listing, or profit. Any future token functionality would be subject to Pi Network requirements and applicable law.

VOGUEPLUS does not guarantee admission, employment, scholarships, examination results, visa approval or academic success. Learning outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, VOGUEPLUS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate VOGUEPLUS for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service, to the extent the law allows.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put other users at risk. You may close your account at any time from Profile & Settings.

We will publish updated Terms with a new version number and effective date. Where changes are significant we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, then by the competent Nigerian courts, without removing any rights you have under the law of your country.
